The Burger Down Under

Hi folks and welcome back! It’s always great to have you here!

The Super Bowl is only 2 weeks away and I’m planning a big feast for our party. I will share that with you very soon!

In the meantime, I will give you a sneak peek of what’s to come with this easy to make burger.

Today the recipe comes straight from the sunny Australia where one of my friends, Max, is roasting in the sun.

What you need:

Mince 800 grams (Beef or Turkey)
2 table spoons of parsley finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 table spoons of jalapeños finely chopped
2 tea spoons of mustard
2 tea spoons of soy sauce
Black pepper
150 grams of cheddar cheese

 Filling tomato, avocado, mayo, cucumber, salad leaves

Sauté the onion and garlic until soft but not browned, then put in a bowl. Add all the other burger ingredients and mix together. Then make six burgers out of the mix and cook on the BBQ. grill or in a pan

Use soft fluffy buns and add the filling together with any other fillings you want.

There you have, a simple to make, yet delicious burger!
