12.45 on a Monday, Lunch break is coming up at work and I am wondering where to have lunch today. This weather makes going home to eat a bit of a quest. So I decided to just run to one of my favorite places – the Canteen.
Most of the time I go for a flat bread, either a New Yorker or a Tuna melt. Today I just felt like a salad would really hit the spot. That doesn’t happen very often. This salad can easily be made at home as well.
